About My Tutor Lab

The My Tutor Lab app, available on both iOS and Android, is the newest K-12 education tool for parents and students. The innovative app uses an easy-to-use platform to connect parents and students with verified tutors in their area. With already more than 200 tutors in the state of Florida, My Tutor Lab aims to not only make education more accessible, but also simplify the process of finding and booking a qualified tutor.

On the My Tutor Lab app, clients can filter through tutors by date, time, subject, tier, and location. Parents/students can then schedule their favorite tutor for a one-time or a recurring session. My Tutor Lab is also proud to introduce the first on-demand tutoring service. With this app feature, clients can search nearby tutors available for an immediate session, and have a tutor at their location within minutes.

Unlike other tutoring apps that are video-based, My Tutor Lab believes in the importance of the connection created with in-person tutoring. That is why the tutor always meets at the client’s desired location on the date and time provided. Cutting the middleman out, My Tutor Lab has accomplished maintaining their prices competitively low for parents while compensating their
tutors with double the hourly rate of the national average.

Alexia Mezzini, one of the founders of My Tutor Lab and a tutor herself, believes that education is an essential element of a healthy society: “ My Tutor Lab was born out of a vision and a set of values; we aim to encourage diversity and knowledge within our communities to ensure a better future.” She explains that at My Tutor Lab : “We serve our students, our tutors, and our employees. By RSVP’ing to this event and utilizing the #MyTutorLab hashtag, the attendees acknowledge having read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Twitter Party Prize Giveaway begins April 5th, 2018 at 9:00 pm ET and ends no later than April 5th, 2018 at 10:30pm ET (the “Twitter Chat Entry Period”). Entrants enter via following @my_tutorlab, @HeLoEnterprises & @BlogginMamas, and posting a tweet with the #MyTutorLab hashtag during the Twitter Chat Entry Period. Five (5) Winners will be drawn randomly by random.org at approximately 12 minute intervals during the Twitter Party Entry Period. One (1) Winner will be drawn randomly via random.org from the event RSVP’s on the Mr. Linky widget.
Prizes include:
One (1) prize pack, including one (1) $10 iTunes Gift Card and one (1) $25 App Credit. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $35, to be awarded to each of two (2) winners. One (1) prize pack, including one (1) pair of sunglasses (either Ray-Ban brand for men or Kenneth Cole for women) and one (1) $25v App Credit. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $75, to be awarded to one (1) winner.
One (1) First Prize pack, including one (1) $75 Staples Gift Card and one (1) $25 App Credit. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $100, to be awarded to one (1) winner. One (1) RSVP Prize pack, including one (1) Tier 1 Tutoring Session . Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $50, to be awarded to one (1) winner who RSVP’s via the Mr. Linky widget.
Each winner receives one (1) prize pack. Entrants who fail to complete said actions will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from all entrants who entered during the Twitter Party Entry Period. Winners will be notified via Twitter Mention & will need to complete a claim form. Winners will have 48 hours to complete the claim form including providing shipping info, or a an alternate winner will be selected from amongst all entries received during the Twitter Party Entry Period. All prizes will be awarded provided they are validly claimed by April 9, 2018 at 11:59AM EST.
