Last night, I did the unthinkable. I actually watched a Monday Night Football game that was no where near playoffs or the Super Bowl. Okay, okay, okay. I’m kidding. We have watched Giants games many times before. But this time I committed to watching the game because I wanted to catch a glimpse at the Star Wars: The Force Awakens official trailer I told you about yesterday. (Little did I know they were going to send it over to me right after it aired).

While watching the game, I discovered that the tickets had actually gone on sale before the trailer aired. Fortunately, I hopped on Fandango and finally after watching the little circle spin and spin (because Fandango apparently crashed under the pressure), my tickets came through. I was able to snag tickets to the Thursday, December 17th at 7p showing, which is the very first showing available for ticket pre-sale. The movie officially opens on December 18th, so that should say something about the value of those tickets I grabbed. I heard some locations sold out in a matter of minutes. Christmas Day showings were also very popular. If you want to try your luck, visit Fandango.com/TheForceAwakens

Oh and Here You Go……

And for those of you into sports, the Giants lost. #SadFace
