Believe it or not, I am one of those people who started a diet and did not weigh myself at the beginning. I know that sounds odd, but I wanted to focus more on having more energy and eating healthier.  I’m 40 now, and there are some things that I need to do to ensure I live a long, healthy life. Not everyone who goes on a diet needs to focus on just losing weight. Though, I will say that I noticed my clothes feeling looser. Plus, what I really love is how this system has a phase meant to help you continue implementing this into your lifestyle, hence The Lifestyle Phase.

Since I didn’t have a weight goal, I think I will focus on how I feel and look visually. If I’ve made it to where I want to be, I will move onto final phase.  I’ve seen and heard so much from friends on how hard their diet has been to maintain, but honestly, this plan has been much easier and enjoyable.
