The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. Carb-induced, quality sleep decreases cortisol (a fat-storing hormone) and ramps up the production of your sleep hormones, serotonin and melatonin. Restorative sleep increases fat-burning hormones—the main one being growth hormone—overnight,” according to the book.
I am loving all of the recipes and it makes me to feel good to indulge, yet still be eating healthier when using them. The easy-to-follow meal planning also helps me limit my trips to the store and avoid unnecessary food purchases; both important benefits especially in this day and age. Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7PM program makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of reasons for resistance. I mean with recipes for dishes like “No Bake Salted Caramel Bars” and “Chili Loaded Baked Potato,” I don’t see how anyone could resist.
