I haven’t had grapefruit in years. In the UK, they can be very sour, and to make them palatable, they get tons of sugar put on them. It would be lovely to try a nice sweet one, and a great way to start the day.
Our family loves grapefruit – especially for Sunday morning brunch! My kids love when I prepare the grapefruit so all they have to do is scoop it out and enjoy! I know my kids are getting their Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
